DARK SOULS



Ach Dark Souls,

It's pretty funny because probably most people who're reading this post doesn't even know what I'm talking about and are asking themselves "What is Dark Souls?"
Well fear not my friend 'cause I'm about to explain everything to you right now.

Dark Souls is a series of action role-playing games created by Hidetaka Miyazaki of FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The series began with the release of Dark Souls in 2011 and has seen two sequels, Dark Souls II (2014) and Dark Souls III (2016). Dark Souls has received critical acclaim, with the first game often cited as one of the greatest in video games, with the series as a whole being both praised and criticized for its high level of difficulty.

So in brief: Really good game that is really difficult.




So now you know what IS Dark Souls but that doesn't explain what I will be talking about here, so let me explain really quickly:

After this post I will be posting a series of posts that will be made guide-like with my narrative, additionally in between Dark Souls post I will be also posting about things like music or bugs or some artists that I like, I will not go to describing any other game before I'm finished with talking about this one. I will also be talking about glitches, exploits etc.. that you are able to do in these games.

(DARK SOULS pt.4) Firelink Shrine

Hello everybody, last time we talked about some mechanics and today we will be exploring the new area called "Firelink Shrine", I will be doing a walkthrough of this place, which means I'll show you where are: all items, NPCs and (if they are any) bosses. So let's jump right in to it   Right after you exit the bonfire you can see someone sitting next to the wall, this individual is Crestfallen Warrior, and he will not only mock you but will also give you a hint to what you have to do.  Well what actually do you have to do? Well it's simple, you have ring two bells one in church and one in something called Blighttown, see easy.  Now turn around and you will see the well with a corpse holding three Humanities. Then if you turn left you will see a small doorway and behind it three new paths.
